Private coaching can be very beneficial for reaching your fitness goals. Your workouts will be fully customized for you specifically and you’ll be given the full attention of your coach for the entire session.
Private Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and provide a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
Private Coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, if the regular scheduled classes not work for you or if you just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
We offer two options: 1-on-1 Private Coaching or Semi-Private Coaching (1-on-2). Our Private Coaching rate is €50 per hour.
